William and Kevin are two Galactic Tornadoes who live in the Dusty Dune Galaxy's Disk Planet. They have debris in the sides of them they helped Mario and SMG4 defeat the Spoiled Brat and punt her away. The Spoiled Brat returns shortly afterwards and William and Kevin along with their cousins call her Jacqueline and she turns them all into star bits and scatters them across the planet. After the universe is reset after Bowser's defeat, William and Kevin along with their cousins are revived and are ready to assist Mario (or Luigi) and SMG4 on getting the Purple Coins on the planet.
