The Toddler is a 99-year-old (man-baby) supervillain and a enemy of SMG4. He kidnaps Henry and Samantha and threatens to drop them in his bottomless ball pit or do other awful things to them as well as destroying Mario and SMG4 so he and his army can take over the Mushroom Kingdom and then the Universe. His most notable minions are his dumb men the Toddle Roost Army and the Diamond Dogs. He is always stopped by Mario and SMG4 on every occasion. He also sounds similar to SMG3. He is also the second best friend of Drill Finger. The best being SMG3 and his son Ortho. The Toddler is also very dumb and Retarded as a villain.
